Repairing your Traqmate should be left to the professionals at Track Systems.
What do I do?
Simply add this item to your cart and go through the check out, filling in all your vital information.
In the Order Comments on the Check Out Page add in details about what service is needed, any special time requirements, and the problem with your Traqmate.
Examples:
Traqmate will not power up.
Display pad buttons don't work.
Traqmate loses GPS signal on the track.
Display LCD has lost some lines.
Display says NO SU.
Traqmate never finds GPS.
(The more descriptive you are about the issue the quicker we can process the repair)
At a minimum, return both your Sensor Unit and Display Unit (if applicable).
If you are having a problem with data inputs or video products, send them as well.
Include a copy of your receipt with the Order Number.

What is the repair process?
When you select this item, you must enter a credit card, even if you believe your unit is under warranty. When you place your order, a reserve of $150 is placed on your credit card but no charges will be applied until the repair is complete. Most repairs cost under $75. If the cost is below $150, you will be charged the actual amount and the rest of the reserve will be lifted. In the unlikely event that your repair costs over $150, you will be contacted with the information and authorization to proceed.
Once we receive your Traqmate, we will begin to make an assessment and contact you about the service that it requires. We will keep you updated as the work progresses and you can login to see the status. Once the repair is complete the unit will then be shipped back to your address using the method that you chose at check out.
Please allow 10 business days after the unit is received for any repair. This does not include shipping time.
